            Neural Stem Cell Culture Media
            RHB-A和RHB-Basal是兩款無血清、成分*確定的培養基,用于人類或小鼠神經干細胞(NS)的定向分化獲取、維持培養、擴增、誘導分化成神經細胞等用途。RHB-A可用來培養擴增貼壁的人或小鼠的神經干細胞。在RHB-A中培養的神經干細胞保持著穩定的神經干細胞分化發育成為成熟的神經細胞的能力 (1-3) 。另外,RHB-A還用來定向分化小鼠胚胎干細胞(mouse ES)至神經前體細胞 (neural precursors) (4-6)。
            RHB‐Basal不包含生長因子或是神經細胞相關的添加物。因此,可以RHB‐Basal為基礎,通過添加客戶認為需要的添加物來開發適合客戶的特殊類型細胞的培養基。

            Adherent mouse neural stem cells cultured in RHB-A medium supplemented with epidermal growth factor and fibroblast growth factor-2 express neural stem cell markers, including Nestin, Vimentin (3CB2), radial glial cell marker-2 (RC2), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), and microtubule associate protein (MAP).
